With a commitment to offering exceptional coffees, our green beans are carefully and rigorously selected directly from producers and importers. Every coffee we source is fully traceable down to the plot, grown through responsible or organic farming practices by dedicated producers.
As coffee is an agricultural product shaped by its environment - climate, altitude, soil composition, and shade - our range evolves throughout the year, following the rhythm of the harvest seasons in each country of origin.
To ensure absolute freshness, we roast weekly with precision, adapting each roast to the unique characteristics of every coffee: its botanical variety, terroir, post-harvest processing method, and aromatic profile.
We exclusively work with specialty coffees, all scoring above 84/100, offering a diverse range of flavor profiles for both professionals and private customers.
